So the big question coaches us is this lot coaches like us get trained in how to coach then lifting. They’re struggling on like how to monetize this variable skill, how to build a solid business, what to do next, to grow and to be on the top of this industry. This is the question, and this podcast will give you the answer. My name is Karim Amri, and this is coaching secrets podcast.
We all wants to improve our results. We all wants to achieve great things. We all wants to be in the top ranks. We all wants to grow, but there’s a question. That’s not all of us. We have the answer of it.
Do we know what really motivates us? Have you considered like one day to sit, like have some thinking time and identify what really motivates us to improve things, to become something, to improve the, to have better results and what what’s what’s what’s what can motivate us? What are the main motivations for us now?
This is, this is an exercise. That’s whether, for us as individual or within, within our organizations or team, it’s very important to identify it and to, to have it like crystal clear, at least to in, in like gradually each and every time. Like it’s six months each year, because our motivation, like things that motivate us like can differ, can evolve with the time.Speaker 0 00:01:49 So identifying them is, is key to help us check. Are we having them or not?
If we don’t have the things that motivate us, how we can be improving, how we can be encouraging our team members on how, how our team members will achieve what you are expecting from them if they are not motivated enough. Like some of the people that are motivated by having a sense of belonging, some other people, they are motivated by feeling secured and their jobs, job security is one of the things that they feel motivated. So the more they feel that they’re not risking to be fired or remove from the job, the more they are motivated to, to, to improve, to, to get better results and to work more there are other people who are, who can like be motivated by opportunities and promotions.
The more they’re like the more they think, okay, if they improve their performance and stuff, they can be like upgraded or promoted. The more they’re motivated to achieve some other people they’re like motivated by opportunities for travel. You know, whether individually or within corporates, you will find certain positions in the company that we are offering continuous travels for some, uh, for some team members. And this is one of the things that can motivate people.
Now, other people can be motivated by recognition achievements. Like it’s whether, whether in front of the small group or the big group or sharing matter our recognition for their achievement, uh, by taking pictures of them and posting them like in the main entrance of the company or sharing it in one email to the, to the different like sections or different branches, some other people, they are motivated by the challenge, just that they are facing outward.
The more they have challenges, the more they are motivated. Like we spoke before about the D people. And these are people who can be motivated by challenges. Some other people are motivated by money. So this is their main motivation. Like t
