The episode started with Dell sharing a TikTok video (3:45) on how each of us has different beliefs on how we came into being. He stresses out that one belief which carves our path may work on someone but might not work with another. Kai shares her thoughts about these beliefs (12:36). 

Dell shifts the conversation to truths (21:46). According to him, the truths we hold on to always expands.  Kai, on the other hand, says she doesn't label anything as truth (23:05), since she consider all things truth in their own ways. 

They move the conversation to relationships, where one's habit harms the whole relationship and the other is afraid to speak up (31:07). Kai shares how she feels about the topic and how it applies to their relationship (34:23). Dell then discusses the importance of having a conversation about it (37:59). 

A question from a viewer moved the conversation to opening up our vulnerabilities to the universe (40:29) and Kai shares what she does regarding her own vulnerabilities (41:29) and the importance on how we deal with our inner child.
