Dave Ramsey's Baby Steps 4, 5, & 6 - Investing, College, & the Mortgage all happen at the same time in Dave's plan so I wanted to cover them all at once in the same episode.

• Baby Step 4; Invest 15% of your income for retirement.
• Baby Step 5; Save/Invest for kids college.
• Baby Step 6; Pay off your home mortgage.

These steps are where most people disagree with Dave and his process whereas I love what they have outlined. 

I'm going to take the next 42 mins to outline the 3 steps and hopefully shed a little light on the process. Next episode we will wrap up the Dave Ramsey series with the final baby step.
