I never knew how much I hated myself until I laid on that mat in Nosara, Costa Rica being lead by the Devine Lakshmi Dev.

I had given up so much of who I was to fit in, please others, and not be abandoned. What I didn't realized was sitting there trying to force myself inside someone else's "shoulds" KILLED who I was.

 

I was a shell walking around on this planet, smiling, cracking jokes, but secretly wondering why I was still here and why I woke up every day. I didn't deserve to take up space.
