Story time! This is an excerpt from some writing I did during a couple years ago from an experience in Sweden. I spent 8 days in the snowy Swedish Forest practicing various methods of breath-work, yoga, meditation, cold water immersions, conscious movement, forest bathing, and primitive survival skills.
