In early 2017, Jimmy along with his wife Megan founded NoBaked Cookie Dough, a dessert company in Nashville, TN that specializes in making gourmet, safe-to-eat cookie dough. In a little over three years since starting out as a small online store and pop up shop, NoBaked has grown into a thriving e-commerce operation and also operates scoop shops in 4 states.
Ohio native Jimmy Feeman graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Prior to NoBaked, Jimmy worked at Jackson National in the sales and marketing department for variable annuities. Jimmy was also a consultant for the Tennessee Treasury Department's 529 college savings program. When he is not helping Megan run the company, Jimmy enjoys craft beer, outdoors activities, watching hockey, and going for runs with his dog, Bo.
