Drew Wiard bio:
- Doctor of Pharmacy
- Director of Pharmacy at an 8 hospital health system (~800 beds)
- Investing the past 5 years
- Currently have 41 doors of my own locally.
- Own Clear Sky Properties, LLC which markets direct to seller - is essentially my primary funnel for more rentals.
- Am a part of WhiteHaven Capital which syndicates apartment complexes in Phoenix (~500 units).
- I host the Fort Wayne REIA.
- Have done just about every type of transaction/strategy under the sun. (rentals, flips, land contracts, Lease/Options, seller financing, etc...)
