Olivia (IG: @healinginmotherhood) is a mother, educator, and podcast host with a passion for helping mothers and families, as well as healing on all levels. Becoming a mother shifted Olivia’s priorities and career path. With a background in Psychology, early childhood education, health coaching, yoga, and birth work, it’s safe to say that she’s worn a lot of hats throughout her life. Shortly after having her daughter, she realized how much the lack of support impacts mothers, children, and ultimately families. It ignited a passion within her to educate people on the importance of in person support, attachment, and turning inward to heal childhood wounds.
Over the last few years, Olivia has taken a deep dive into what health truly means, how our thoughts can impact our body and overall health, and how we can best support mothers and babies. It all starts at home, with you. What you consume on a daily basis - what you read, listen to, eat, and put onto your body can positively or negatively impact your health. It is a choice to begin your healing journey. And it’s such a beautiful opportunity to learn, grow, and transform. Olivia is hopeful that through her work she can disrupt the systems within our society that are not serving mothers and families, while also encouraging people to take the first step in their own healing journey even when it may feel overwhelming.
