Creator creates creation.

Genesis 1:1-2

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness covered the surface of the watery depths, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

tohu- formless, without structure, chaotic

bohu- void, empty

The song of creation sings of how the Creator brings form out of formlessness and fullness out of emptiness. 

The Creator creates good. 

Our Creator desires to move all of His creation from formlessness to fullness and from emptiness to fullness.  

The God who creates is bringing order out of the mess and fullness out of the emptiness.
