There’s a lot going on right now, here in Australia and abroad.

There’s a thickness in the air.

And so, if your world feels hard and heavy. I understand.

In this is a bonus episode I wanted to join you on your walk, doing the dishes, sweeping the floor, or whatever it is that you’re doing in this moment. I wanted to support you.

I don’t have all the answers. But, does anyone?

Instead, I wanted to share with you some mindfulness tools that have helped me over the years and if there’s something I share here that can help you in some small way, then my purpose has been achieved.
