Today we welcomed Hanna Andersen from As We Are to talk about her journey of getting made redundant after 13 years (she started when she was 19!) and what that meant for her in her journey to becoming self-employed. In the second half of the conversation we touch upon the differences of being in a traditional vs. Founder jobs and how does the society view them, what makes it harder etc. The key thing for me in this conversation was the realization how Founder businesses are treated unfairly when we decide to change ideas or move from it after 2 years. Not a lot of people would judge you if you were to change your regular job after 2 years, right? So why do they do it here?
