In this episode, I talk a little about my journey on how I went from being hard on myself to being gentle. Although I still find it challenging to be gentle with myself I share some things that have helped me along the way. Often times how we see ourselves doesn't match what the Lord sees in us and he continues to remind us who we are in Him in times when we need to hear it. I hope this episode is helpful in some ways.
