This interview took place May 16, 2017 at Shipwreck Fish & More in San Antonio, Texas.  Katie Martinez talks about her restaurant in San Antonio and her desire to provide high quality, fresh food for her customers.  Katie had a Mexican restaurant in the past and has opened her new restaurant a couple months ago.  She is an obviously energetic entrepreneur who cares about her work and is working to make another go at restaurant ownership.
