Nate and Bethany have had a longtime interest in Real Estate Investing and started by house hacking their first home 12 years ago with a VA loan. Nate has also served 15 years in the USAF and is currently a C-130J pilot in the California Air National Guard part-time. 

 

Bethany has a background in residential real estate sales working as the Director of Operations for one of the top sales teams in Utah, where she developed a strong interest in and passion for Multi-Family real estate. She transitioned at the beginning of 2019 into Multi Family Investing full time. She is acting asset manager on several communities in Southern Arizona and is passionate about transforming troubled apartment complexes into safe, stable communities for tenants and their families. 

 

Nate & Bethany are also Senior Marketing Directors with World Financial Group and lead a growing financial services agency based in Southern California that is expanding nationwide, currently in 7 states, helping their team and clients save, grow, and protect their wealth. They are passionate about helping other couples work together to achieve their collective dreams and live life by design!
