I address using fitness as a way to alleviate pain, being okay with goals changing during pregnancy, and specially learning how to push.

34:50 - heading out to the hospital! Having contractions at 2 minutes apart

37:35 - being in active labor!

40:48 - progressing from 6ish cm to 10cm in 2 hours

42:12 - feeling pressure, being ready to push, “am I really ready!?”

44:50 - that feeling of immediate love! Holy smokes!
