After recently being triggered by a comment left on a social media post, the experience showed me how far I’ve come from that little girl within that was teased and bullied. It gave me the opportunity to show up for her, stand up for her, and it also gave me fuel to keep going. I hope this discussion does the same for you and your inner child.
