The struggle to show up is real sometimes, right? Especially if you are someone who lives with mental health challenges.

I find what can be even harder are the messages that play in our minds when it feels impossible to show up. 

Messages that say we are less than, not enough, unworthy, etc.

If you have ever experienced showing up to life to be a struggle, I recorded this episode for you.🩵
