What does it mean to be a better learner? It means taking on a posture that reflects learning practices--it's embracing ideas and walking toward uncertainty. My dad gave me perspective on a growth mindset, on showing up curious and ready to learn in any situation, and I want to pass that to you. In today's episode, I give you three steps to taking on a learning posture so that you can continue to engage in meaningful conversations as a leader in any space.
