Meditation is about letting go of the past, and false projections that we create about our future. When we meditate, we allow ourselves to reach a different state of consciousness than we're accustomed too, a WAY higher level of consciousness.

Meditation allows our life goals to become more clear, it gives us more insight & more connection to our truth and our purpose. We allow ourselves to truly get back into alignment when we're able to listen IN to what our intuition and the Universe is trying to guide us too.
