So the big question coaches ask is this, I want coaches like us to get trained in how to coach then lifting. I was in an interview today with, uh, one of the speakers for, uh, coming events. And we’ve been talking about happiness coaching and one of the insights that were shared during the interview. And I want to, I want to really share it with you today is the concepts not only for happiness coaching, but, uh, when it comes to like specific niches of coaching or even training is walking the talk, it means that like, to be like the happiness coach, it’s way effective and very helpful when we are like having happiness in our life, the leadership coach, for example, he has, he has to embrace the leadership like laws and the leadership, uh, different like concepts and leadership qualities for himself while like, or when dealing with his team, or like to even do, to make sure that it’s, there’s, there’s an aspect of leadership in whatever.
Uh, he’s, he’s dealing with a fitness coach, for example, or a wellness coach. Now why the reason is, uh, why there is not, that is because, in fact, we said in the previous episode that one of the main and most successful and efficient ways to convince people is that when they see us like coaching or they see us in action, and when it comes to the way we promote ourselves,
Whether in social media or like when they see us in events or if we are embracing what we are coaching for, it means that this, this stuff it’s, it’s, it’s not even working for us. So if we are not able to make it works for us, it’s going to be a bit difficult to, to, to make it working for other people.
Now, I know coaching is about unleashing the potential of each and every individual.Speaker 0 00:02:50 Yes. And this differs from one person to another one. But as a concept, if we are like Mike working as a leadership coach and helping people to improve, for example, their level of leadership within their organization, or group coaching, or as a couple of executives that are working on them or, or a sports team, it’s very important that we know the ABCs.
We know we have, we have an idea about what we are coaching the people for, and we are living it because the more we know it, the more we are living, the more we are living like a three 60 degrees. So it will help us. Uh, it will make it easier for us to understand. What’s, what’s, what’s behind the lines to understand what the coachee and what’s our client is saying and what he is not saying.
And this clarity, even for us, we know that each one is having his, his different goals and his different destination, but the overall like, area that you want to achieve, or you want to go to, we have an idea about it and we are living it. And the more we live it, the more even we acquire the better techniques that can help us help our clients like it achieve what their desired outcome from that. This is, uh, this is, uh, this is the concept of walking the talk.
