Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 090, I'm Drew Niemann and I'll be joined by my wife Terry, the inspiration for the program shortly.

A BATTLE WITHIN is about our life experiences and those of our guests living with and healing from Traumatic Brain Injuries with an emphasis on the Post Concussion Syndrome otherwise known as (PCS) 

Terry and I talk to the fact that many TBI Warriors can be quite good in the lock-down situations we are experiencing around the globe with Covid 19. Largely due to the prior experience in living this way.

However this is not the case for all, many are also going stir crazy and find themselves under a great deal of stress. Some may even be experiencing regressions in their healing/recovery processes.

We try to offer some insight and strategies from their own experiences to help others finding these times difficult with the addition of Covid-19.
