My life is a great adventure. I will have zest for each moment today.

Zest is a fun word to use, but what does it really mean? Zest means great enthusiasm and energy.   When we take notice and understand that every moment is an adventure, even during the good and bad times.  We will see that zest is something that can be chosen at any moment.   Sometimes we can get lost in the daily humdrum of “have to’s” in life.  Each moment is a blessing!  Life will be hard, that is a guarantee, but the choice to hate your life or love it is all up to you.  If you are going to have to live, why not find the best in EVERY situation?  Anyone can complain, anyone can say this sucks, but it takes a higher intellect to find the greatest parts in each moment.  Be better today, not because you have to, but because you want to and frankly it just feels better.  You are amazing, how can you remember to utilize your zest muscle more often?  Don’t adapt, choose to rise above it all!
