1) Nutrition - eat a well-balanced healthy diet
2) Exercise - pick an activity and do that several times a week
3) Stay Positive - through reading or podcasts
4) Connecting to Nature - get outside
We also talk about using rewards like Groupon coupons and tools like a stand-up desk.
