Notes:- There's a deep dissatisfaction when you cannot complete something- Josiah took throne at age 8: behaved at 8, sought the Lord at 16, to purge & purify nation at 20, after social justice at 26... didn't know the Word of God- You cannot gain a biblical world view unless you know the Bible- You are not who you think you are- There are no spare parts, everything is necessary- Many sermons are high on motivation, low on facts- We settle for carnality, thinking it's spirituality- Add to your faith moral excellence (purify life), knowledge, faith (to see it as God says it is)- Develop strategies to help me live with Him- People start with worship but don't know who they're worshipping- Cannot raise up a godly generation with knowledge of the Word- It's not enough to have kids that behave; they're getting slaughtered without knowing God's word- Mountain Jack on Mt. Saint Helens
