I Hardly Know Her!

092: Tools to Transform Your Trauma into Your Truth, with Guest, Sarah Brewer

Listen Later

Listen in as Sarah Brewer gives us a peek into how we can be more in tune with our mind as we work through our life's challenges to become empowered individuals.

Sarah Brewer is the owner of Sarah B. Productions. She is a passionate speaker, a portrait photographer who loves capturing photos that make people feel like themselves, and creating events that foster human connection. She believes that creating spaces where people belong is a fundamental element to making them feel loved. She has been the chapter director of the women's group Business & Bubbly, as well as BNI President - giving her the opportunity to lead rooms of entrepreneurs to work together and create relationships.

Through her experiences of childhood bullying and trauma in her adult life, Sarah strives to teach others the tools needed to heal from a place of truth and light. Outside of her passions, you can find Sarah traveling, hanging at the lake with friends, thrifting, and dancing at the variety of concerts she attends.

If you are in the Boise Idaho area, join Sarah for her upcoming event, Rizz & Roses, a fun take on speed dating!
