In this episode, we have Marissa Portuondo from streamlined.legal to discuss one particular firm's journey to improving its intake process. The case studies involve real, small to mid-sized law firms that were struggling with their growth, intake, employee management, and more. - If paid consult, do not schedule until payment is received
- Automate your ELs so you can discuss with PNC at consult and don't lose the sale
- Actually get hired before you convert matter into Manage
- Gives staff a clear signal that matter is ready to be worked on - avoid work being done before you are formally hired
- Avoid issues with the Bar in the event of a dispute with the client ***
