Energy is everywhere, whether we realize it or not and these unseen frequencies have a very real and tangible effect on every aspect of our lives, both internally + externally. Regardless of your level of awareness of your own personal energy or that of those around you, we are all emitting signals every moment of every day and those signals flavor our experiences of ourselves and our interactions with others.
