Jeffrey Cook, the CEO of Cook Properties NY, is a seasoned and savvy real-estate investor who began from renting out a single-family home. Since then, he has ventured out into multi-million commercial investments and is currently leading the charge into the mobile home park space.

Jeff graduated with high honors from Binghamton University with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He started his career as a project manager for a market research company. He began purchasing multi family properties in the City of Rochester in 1997. He purchased his first mobile home park in 2009.
