In this episode, I sit down with the owner of Bluebird Bridal in Huntersville, Erin Connair.

Erin shares with me the inspiration behind her bridal shop, which she opened back in 2016, and how she was able to bring her love for fashion and the wedding industry together to create a beautiful local brand. We talk a bit about the challenges of doing business during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how she and her team rebounded in 2021 ad now in 2022. Speaking of her team - Erin shares the love she has for her team at Bluebird Bridal and talks about how important it is to have a talented team of employees that you can rely on in order to be successful as a small business. At the end of our conversation, Erin shares some valuable advice for future brides when it comes to selecting a wedding dress.
