The Best Thing to Do When You're Just Getting Started

There's this problem that so many of us have. We're waiting for some future opportunity to fall into our laps before we can do something useful. We want to go out and do some grand and great things for God from the very start. 

When I was 16 or 17, I had just given my heart to Christ and I wanted to take on the world. But there was this aged and experienced minister who took me aside once and gave me some really solid counsel that transformed my life, and has been the foundation of all of my efforts in the last 8 years of full-time ministry.
