In this short solo episode, we explore the link between purpose, people and profit.
In my experience, people come to the idea of building a business with one of two competing perspectives. The first is that the sole reason a business exists is to make a profit. The second is that businesses should only exist to serve their team and/or their clients.
This episode explores the middle ground that I always try to focus on to balance this conflict: purpose.
