Today we invited David Auerbach, a 20 years veteran in institutional trading focusing on the REIT, MLP, Closed-End Funds, ETFs, and Preferred Stocks space. He currently serving as the Managing Director of Armada ETF Advisors.
Armada ETF Advisors invests in publicly traded real estate investment trusts, known as REITs, which themselves make investments in income-producing real estate. By packaging REITs in an exchange-traded fund (ETF), it provides diversified real estate exposure via a liquid, tax-efficient and easy-to-access vehicle.
