Steven Nakamura saw the birth of the AE86 scene in SoCal and has lived it ever since: from pestering TRD Headquarters (once in Gardena, CA), to drag racing with an early 4AGE turbo kit, and to modern day suffering as an adult without air conditioning. We also talk about our shared experiences concurrently owning both the “old” and “new” 86 chassis.
