Divorce is trauma.  Contested divorces can take 1-2 years to complete!  That's a lot of lost productivity in the workplace, even if you only have a few people dealing with divorce.  Odds are, in larger companies, it's much more.  I speak with Vicky Townsend about how employers can stop the bleeding when it comes to lost productivity when employees are dealing with divorce. She has created a divorce resource where employees would have access to divorce coaching/services as part of their benefit plan at work.  This helps the employee and the employer!  A true win win.
