Matt and Gus had the opportunity to sit down with Brown-Forman Cooperage Plant Manager, Seth Jones. We discussed the the barrel manufacturing process from mature white oak tree to a filled barrel placed in a rick house. We discussed the potential barrel shortage and other challenges of the industry and what is being done to help with the issues.
