I get thousands of downloads of my show, but every one makes an impact, and that means you are making an impact and for that, I thank you. Don't ever think you're too small to make an impact because no matter what you are doing in your business or your life, you are making an impact. You may feel like a supporting player at you job, but without you how would the superstars be able to what they do? And if you don't support them, they can't do their job well, the business goes under, and then nobody is making a living!

Don't beat yourself up. Sure, you can always do better or work harder, but don't beat yourself up if you're not doing that every minute of every day. Putting your business client's best interest before your own makes an impact. Performing a random act of kindness makes an impact. You have opportunities every day to make an impact, so don't let those opportunities slip by you.
