Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 099.

A BATTLE WITHIN is about our life experiences and those of our guests living with and healing from Traumatic Brain Injuries with an emphasis on the Post Concussion Syndrome otherwise known as (PCS) 

The conversations are real, raw and uncensored from both the warrior and caregiver perspectives.

It is our desire that this platform be a useful way to create awareness around the invisible injury. We aim to help those in the battle, whether that is you the Warrior or you the Battle Buddy by offering the stories and resources we have found along the way in our own journey.

In this episode Terry and I reflect on the fact that episode number 100 is right around the corner. Before we get to releasing it into the world we catch up on Terry's progress, the journey of producing the podcast and what the experience has been like so far. 

We also speak to the lessons learned, the great information and suggestions we have received  and we cover some voice mails from listeners that surprise Terry.
