Why People-Pleasing Doesn't Make Others Happy

Do you find yourself trying to please others in what you wear, how you speak, or what decisions you're going to make? 

People-pleasing has been a cause of much burnout, because we aren't living up to who we know we should be in Christ. 

Each of us have unique personalities, traits, gifts, and unique callings. 

How do we overcome these tendencies to want to please others to the point where it interferes with the calling God has for our lives?
