There’s a quote by the management consultant W. Edwards Deming that goes like this:
“Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.”
Basically that means in our personal lives, in our homes and in our business lives, the results we are getting are the result of systems that we have set up either on purpose or by accident.
