Hindsight is 20/20, right? Coming straight out of college to launch your career is an exciting time. Gen X versus Gen Y have two very different experiences, and throw a pandemic in there and BAM! Interesting and unprecedented happenings in the job market! Since the pandemic start in 2020 and great resignation of 2021, employers have faced challenges in attracting and retaining talent. I speak from experience I was one of those resignees! So, to kick off the podcast I thought I would take a look and share some insights that has helped me navigate every step in my career, and to give me the launching point for my own startup. 

As I think back to what got me to that point, I ask myself “What changed? When did it change for me?” Honestly, there were massive waves of feelings, thinking about outcomes of my choice to change everything, and what was it that I truly wanted now for my next 5 - 10 years!  Reflecting on my 20+ years so far, there was a lot of learning along the way and still happening, but there are 3 Things I wish I had known Earlier In My Career!
