Tucked away in this Parable of the Vineyard Owner is a truth that we need to be clear on. Jesus said of Himself as the Chief Cornerstone, “Whoever falls on that stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” We need to be broken before Him; He wants us to be broken before Him. But none of us wants to be crushed. Neither does He want to bring that judgment on you. So, yield to Him, and see what wonderful things He will do through a broken vessel.
