On the first episode of What Are You Working On? KC is joined by former Editor-in-Chief at the Boise Weekly, Amy Atkins. Amy brings an article that she had written about two friends who overcame tremendous obstacles to go on an amazing journey together. KC and Amy discuss some of the difficulty she had with wanting to do their story the justice that it deserved and trying not to get to close to the subject matter. They also discuss writing for an audience and how that might shape one's work.
