The very first episode of Dingbat Chat is all about the work I did in Thailand- as a club promoter. My friend, as a professional promoter back in the UK, suggested that we go and spend our nights dancing, drinking and being paid to do it and I wasn’t going to argue. Slinky’s was equally beautiful and disgusting but for 400 Baht a night (a tenner?) it gave us unlimited boozey buckets and boys... not that that matters, just part of the evenings entertainment!
