My name is CLARICE, I am the creator of the CAIXA 2 MERCADO PARALELO project!

First of all, I would like to thank your company!

For those who do not know us yet, we are an experimental project that aims to bring information in a simplified way to everyone, explaining the various concepts that involve MONEY LAUNDERING mechanisms, FINANCIAL CRIMES and the various issues associated with these illegal actions.

This 'MONTHLY BULLETIN' brings some reflections...I hope you like it!

• If we could summarize the month of January in one word, that word would be HOPE!

• Hope of a NEW YEAR with better days with more love, peace, justice, equality; VACCINE HOPE for everyone!

• 2020 was a year marked by an atypical situation due to the PANDEMIC.

• The lives of thousands of people around the planet have changed. Everyone was forced to ADAPT to what came to be called the NEW NORMAL!

• This adaptation happened little by little with social and behavioral changes.

• The daily life of each one of US needed to be reinvented so that we could continue living; or rather, surviving the PANDEMIC.

• Certain habits have become part of the NEW WORLD ORDER: social distancing, use of mask, washing hands more often, using alcohol gel, staying at home... yes, that became our task.

• There was an incredible increase in the use of digital platforms for shopping, work, relationships, in short, APPROXIMATION in general.

• ALL FAR AWAY BUT CONNECTED.

• It is worth remembering that in the same way that we, GOOD PEOPLE, we adapted, CRIMINALS also adapted.

• After all, they could not miss the 'time' and the great opportunities for illicit enrichment.

• Fraudulent actions involving funds destined to fight the pandemic continue to take place in Brazil and in several countries around the world.

• These actions are being facilitated mainly by the frequent use of digital platforms. That is right, the virtual environment facilitates MONEY LAUNDERING.

• But what do you mean? You must be wondering....

• A quick example, just to illustrate: many resources destined for the pandemic are diverted through fraud, converted into digital currencies, and moved quickly on the available platforms.

• These resources are transformed into goods and assets (mostly outside the country), making it almost impossible to track these resources by traditional means.

• Well, but what were we talking about?

• Ah... about HOPE...

• We are super CREATIVE!

• Unfortunately, there are people who develop this creativity for a bad side...

• For those who are good, the advice is:

• Use your best to create something good!

• Put into practice your ideas that can help fight the bad things in society.

• After all, small, good deeds are SUPER WELCOME anytime!

• Preventing and fighting evil is our duty as we seek to live in a better and fairer world; where, everyone can trust that feeling, wonderful and inexplicable, that moves our lives - our eternal HOPE.
