The early church struggled with divisions and conflicts among the believers, as churches still do today unfortunately. In Corinth this was never more evident than during their "love feasts" and times of communion. The Apostle Paul addresses this problem and reminds us that Jesus is our example, not only for how to celebrate communion, but how to relate to our family in Christ in general.
