Cristiana Tejo nasceu no Recife, Pernambuco, Brasil, em 1976. Vive e trabalha em Lisboa, Portugal. Exerce a curadoria há quase 20 anos. Doutora em Sociologia (UFPE) com uma tese sobre os percursos de Aracy Amaral, Frederico Morais e Walter Zanini. É investigadora do Instituto de História da Arte da Universidade Nova de Lisboa e co-fundadora com a artista Marilá Dardot do NowHere - trocas e experimentos artísticos.  

[Cristiana Tejo was born in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, in 1976. Lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. She acts as a curator for almost 20 years. PhD in Sociology (Federal University of Pernambuco) with a thesis about the careers of Aracy Amaral, Frederico Morais and Walter Zanini. She's a researcher in the Institute of Art History at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and also the co-founder with the artist Marilá Dardot of NowHere - trocas e experimentos artísticos]
