Daniela Bousso nasceu no Cairo, Egito, em 1956. É curadora, crítica de artes visuais e dirigente cultural. Possui doutorado em Comunicação e Semiótica e Mestrado em Artes. Diretora do Paço das Artes, São Paulo, entre 1997 e 2011. Foi uma das responsáveis pela concepção e implantação do projeto de reposicionamento do Museu da Imagem e do Som de São Paulo, além de sua diretora em simultaneidade com o Paço das Artes, entre 2007 e 2011. Concebeu e foi a curadora responsável pelo Prêmio Sergio Motta de Arte e Tecnologia entre 2000 e 2007.  

[Daniela Bousso was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1956. She's a curator, art critic and cultural director. She holds a PhD in Communiation and Semiotics and a master degree in Arts. She directed Paço das Artes, in São Paulo, from 1997 to 2011. She was one of the responsibles for the conception and implantation of the repositioning project of the Museum of Image and Sound of São Paulo, besides its director simultaneously with Paço das Artes, from 2007 to 2011. She conceived and was the responsible curator of the Sérgio Motta Award for Art and Technology, from 2000 to 2007]
