Priscilla Pessoa [link@bio] nasceu em Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brasil, em 1978. Possui graduação em Artes Visuais (1999), mestrado em Estudos de Linguagens (2008) e atualmente é doutoranda em Estudos de Linguagens - todos pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Desde 2009 é professora adjunta no curso de Artes Visuais/UFMS, nas áreas de História da Arte e Pintura, com pesquisa sobre processos criativos na pintura. Além de exercer a curadoria, é artista visual com participação em diversas exposições individuais e coletivas no Brasil.  

[Priscilla Pessoa was born in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, in 1978. She holds a bachelor in Visual Arts (1999), master in Languages Studies (2008) and at the moment is a PhD student in the same field - all of these degrees at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Since 2009 she's an adjunct professor at the Visual Arts course at UFMS in the areas of Art History and Painting, with a research about creative processes in painting. Besides working as a curator, she's a visual artist and participated in many solo and group shows in Brazil].
