In this first episode, I interview Eddie who is Senior Engineering Manager at Anaplan, a business planning software company. Eddie talks me through how he builds efficient engineering teams that deliver quality code, with a focus on people over processes and tools.

Despite having worked with Eddie for 2 years, I have still learnt a lot about his personality and understood about what it's like to be an engineer in a tech company. He shares with authenticity how he works with product managers to delight customers and solve real problems (maybe not going to Mars but making a real impact on planet Earth!).
