Dave Quinn, CEcD, brings a broad scope of valuable experience and measurable results to his position as interim manager of community/economic development for Fairview, Texas.

A Certified Economic Development Professional, Dave is a member of Day One Experts and founder of The Solutionist: An Economic Development Mastermind. Prior to his current role in Fairview, he held executive economic development positions in the Texas cities of Levelland, Bastrop and Frisco. Dave has also served as chairman of the statewide economic development marketing association Team Texas, board member for the Texas Economic Development Council and chairman of the regional economic development marketing coalition High Ground of Texas.
